Wir leben in einer multikulturellen Gesellschaft. Die unterschiedlichen Gesichter und Designwünsche erfordern individuelle Brillenlösungen. Wir glauben, dass der 3D Druck die Zukunft der Brillenherstellung ist. Zudem ist der 3D Druck umweltschonend und nachhaltig, weil kein Verschnitt entsteht.
Wir produzieren mit dem besten 3D Drucker in Deutschland. Der EOS Laser Sinter Drucker baut mit dem Laser Sintering Verfahren ein puderartiges Polyamid Pulver Schicht für Schicht auf und so entstehen die einzelnen Brillenfassungsteile. Eine extrem aufwendig gebaute Maschinentechnik und Software führt dabei die Hand eines CO2-Lasers, welcher eine oder hunderte Dateien konstruieren kann. Diese Dateien werden vor jedem Arbeitsgang in die Computersoftware eingelesen und können gleich- oder verschiedenartig sein. Das übrige Pulver wird gesammelt und kann wieder verwendet werden. Alle Brillenteile werden nach dem Druck präzise glatt geschliffen, gefärbt und mit einer Nano-Beschichtung versiegelt. Die finalen Einzelkomponenten werden zum Schluss in unserer Meisterwerkstatt mit unseren weltweit patentierten Federscharnieren zusammen montiert.
